When will my order arrive?

Products are made after you order. Check the delivery estimate at checkout. Production and transit both take time, and items may arrive separately.

Are taxes and shipping included?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Use the link in your confirmation email as soon as possible. Changes may be available only for a short time before production starts. Statutory rights may also apply.

What if an item is faulty, damaged or the wrong size?
